The purpose of this association shall be to promote in all ways the interests of the NYSTQHA which includes: the promotion of the Quarter Horse breed, Quarter Horse Youth Activities, Quarter Horse shows, the sponsorship of Halter Futurities, Pleasure Derbys, Reining Futurities, and the organiziation of activites in the interest of the association, and to do any and all things necessary to advance the prosperity of the Quarter Horse Breed. Although the NYSTQHA is interests is mainly the Quarter horse breed, it may not be limited only to the Quarter Horse Breed.
